Nanaimo, Canada  ·  Havana, Cuba

A Canadian buyer with an office in Havana.

CSA Corp buys from suppliers and trades goods across international markets. If you make or distribute something on our list, procurement is one email away — no portal, no vendor questionnaire, nobody standing between you and a decision.

CSA Corp is a holding company that buys products from suppliers and moves them across international markets — import or export, whichever direction the trade runs.

You are most likely reading this after an email from us, working out whether we are worth a reply. So here is the unvarnished version: we are early. There is no client roster on this page, no case studies, no wall of certifications — because we have not earned them yet, and inventing them would be the quickest way to lose a supplier worth having.

What we can offer instead is directness. Two offices with street addresses you can look up. Two phone numbers that ring. One procurement address, read by the people who decide what gets bought. No portal to register on, no onboarding form standing between your catalogue and a person.

Procurement interests

What we buy

Seven areas we are actively looking at. Read the list as a direction rather than a fence — if your product sits alongside one of these rather than squarely inside it, send it anyway.

Agriculture and food processing

Grain, produce, feed and fertiliser inputs, processing machinery, packaging lines — anything that moves food from a field to a shelf.

Construction and infrastructure

Structural steel, cement and aggregates, heavy equipment, fixtures, and the fittings that finish a building.

Clean technology

Solar modules, inverters, storage, water treatment, and equipment that generates, stores, or saves energy.

Resources and energy

Extraction and drilling equipment, spare parts, and the industrial consumables that mining and energy sites reorder constantly.

Electronics and electrical goods

Consumer devices, small appliances, lighting, cabling, components, and accessories — branded or white-label.

Food and grocery

Packaged food, beverages, dry goods, and pantry staples in retail or wholesale formats.

Household and daily goods

Cleaning products, paper goods, kitchenware, personal care — the things a shop restocks every week.

Getting in touch

What to put in your first email

Nothing formal is required. But these four things let us come back with a decision instead of another question.

  1. 01

    Who you are

Company name, where you operate from, and the person we will be dealing with. A website or registration number saves us looking.

  2. 02

    What you sell

Product lines, models, specifications, packaging. A catalogue or spec sheet attached beats a paragraph describing one.

  3. 03

    Your terms

Indicative pricing, minimum order quantity, lead time, and the Incoterms you work on. Ranges are fine — we are not holding you to them.

  4. 04

Anything that saves a round trip

Certifications, export documentation, existing freight arrangements. If it would come up by the third email, put it in the first.

Questions

What suppliers usually ask first

The points most people want settled before they spend time writing to a company they have not heard of.

Are you buying, or brokering?

Both, depending on the deal. We buy on our own account, and we also source against requirements from trade partners. We will tell you which one applies to your product before terms come up.

How established is CSA Corp?

We are early. There is no client list or case-study page here because we have not earned one yet, and manufacturing proof would be the fastest way to lose a supplier worth having. What exists is on this page: two offices, two phone numbers, and one procurement address.

Do you only trade between Canada and Cuba?

No. Nanaimo and Havana are where our offices are, not the limits of where goods go. We handle import and export across international markets, and the route depends on the product and the buyer.

Can I attach a catalogue or price list?

Please do. PDFs, spec sheets, and price references are read. They are considerably faster than three emails of description.

Will I actually get a reply?

Yes — including when the answer is no. If your product is not something we buy, we would rather say so in the first week than leave you following up into silence.

Where do I send it?

Supplier introductions and sourcing enquiries go to procurement@csa-corp.ca. Name a person we can reply to and include enough for us to understand the offer.
